Prayer room facilities are available for men and women on the first floor.
Valet Parking
ParkPoint Parking Solutions offers a luxury service at The Boulevard to enable guests to enjoy the convenience of leaving their cars safely with a valet employee and be returned at a Gate of their choosing for a service fee.
Elevators
For prams or wheelchairs, there are three elevators strategically located around the mall.
Free Parking
With over 600 complimentary car park slots in zones 1-4, parking at Al Aali Mall will never be a problem.
ATMs & Payment Kiosks
The ATM can be located by the Information Desk and the Sadad Payment Kiosk by Gate 1.
Wheelchairs
A limited supply of wheelchairs are available at the Information Desk for complimentary use during mall hours.
First Aid
We have trained First Aiders available at all times should you require any assistance. If you do require assistance please contact a member of Al Aali Mall immediately.
Restrooms
Male, female and disabled restrooms are available throughout the mall.
Mobile Charging Stations
Visit our mobile charging stations located by the Atrium and Food Court to charge your mobile devices free of charge.
Baby Changing Rooms
There are two baby changing rooms available located inside the female restrooms at the mall.
Lost & Found
If you have misplaced any items, simply report the item(s) to the Information Desk or contact us on +973 1758 1000, and we will check if it has been handed in.
If you have found any items, please hand the item(s) to the Information Desk or one of our security officers.
